Refunds Policy
Overview
To be eligible for a full refund on your Equality Garage 2026 ticket, requests must be received no later than June 15, 2026. Refund requests submitted after this date will qualify for a partial refund of 50% if received by July 1, 2026.
No refunds will be issued for requests received after July 1, 2026. All refunds exclude sales tax and processing fees, which are non-refundable.
If you will not be able to attend our event, we offer two potential alternative options for your ticket.
- You may choose to carry over the value of your ticket until next year, or
- You may transfer your ticket to another person who would like to attend.
To request a refund or an alternative, or for general questions, please contact us here. For either alternative option, you must contact us as far ahead of the event as possible, otherwise we may not be able to accommodate your request.
For all requests regarding lodging, please refer to Fontana Village for further information. All lodging is handled through Fontana Village and is subject to their policies and procedures.
